Not evaluated for 4 Stars Rating. It is evaluated as a 2 Stars Rating. Missing many amenities TV-cable not working at all rooms, coffee maker, water boiler, no baths tub, no refrigerator, tiny room, no sound proof wall.

Unfriendly, unhelpfully staff. I was there with my husband and our baby. At the first night we asked for a extra blanket for our baby and the hotel staff said they never have 3 blankets in the room and brought us a towel!!! The daily housekeeping service was just bringing new towels, that’s it. They didn’t tidy the room, not even make the bed. Furthermore the TV and the Telephone didn’t work. The most annoying was we can’t sleep because they sing karaoke until 4am!!! It was horrible and not worth a penny

There is a Karaoke bar and the whole night is very very noisy, not possible to sleep. The hotel it self is good, the breakfast too, a little bit far from the city center. If you want to relax after the long trip or after the day walking in the town, that is not a good place to stay!

The lifestyle hotel offers nice modern rooms with airco and a shower with power. I like the shower a lot because of the great amount of water. The rooms are medium big but very comfy. The breakfast is ok too. I travel to Prague a lot and I don't think that there is any comparable hotel in this area

Odd place indeed. Basically a 4 star hotel but number of stars doesn't really correlate with the experience. We had a family room with double doors so we didn't suffer from the karaoke bar noise. All in all clean basic room and basic breakfast in not so attractive area with some parking space in case you need one. Be prepared to pay 50€ deposit for mini bar and guarantee for not smoking in the room - you get it back when you check out and they have checked the room. Staff is friendly yet all of them don't speak English - we managed by mixing some Germany in. At the time we were the only European guests and rest of the people were Asian. Cannot say if they were Vietnamese yet they seemed to have good time together. And dinner menu is only Vietnamese food. Will not come to this hotel again but good place to stay if you want to get a bit different experience of Prague 🙂
